If there was anyone who could be honest with him and not hurt his feelings it was his daughter Hermes. The rest of his children were just too...loud and whinny.

A smile began to grow upon her lips before she gave a nod. Indeed, the darkness had been planted like a seed, much like the ones she had eaten, causing her to stay in the Underworld with her husband. So it wasn't a yes, but it wasn't exactly a no either. Sighing he too joined on watching the mortals; maybe if he did something to prove to everyone he wasn't a complete failure at being a father his family wouldn't be so hostile towards him "I want to change the way people, my family thinks of me. I no longer wish for them to be hostile towards me. What should I do?" He asked looking the goddess dead in her eyes.

There was plenty of things to start a war. As god and goddess of the Underworld, killing mortals would be the easiest of things. Persephone frowned, not wanting to involve the mortals on the family battle. Then there were the Titans. It would take time to figure out just what way to go about this new war. Her eyes flickered up to Hades as she touched his arm. “What should be do my dear otto?” [Japanese for husband]

"Ah yes yet another problem that must be resolved" Zeus muttered under his breath, he stood up again sighing "I know we have not spoken much Hermes but I would like to say thank you. I am glad we were able to talk." he said with a small smile. "If there is any a time you need something, just know that my door is always open, okay?"

Hades really didnt care about human, but mass deaths would just call for a bigger clean up later. "If we are going to do this, we need to confine it to mount olympus. Attack from the inside, where they are less armed and usually drunk"

To say that the thunderer was in shock was an understatement; not one of his children had every given him a hug, especially not willingly. Reluctantly he wrapped his arms around her pulling her into a tight hug as if at any moment she would realize what she had done and run away from him like the rest did. "You know your father loves you right?"

Walking towards the dinning hall a bundle of wheat in her arms (a gift for her daughter), the earth goddess hummed herself a tune. Today had been a relatively good day compared to previous one's this week. Her flowers had turned out beautifully and her grains were picture of perfection and in her happiness she showered love unto all the crops below on every farm she good see. But this sweet mood drifted away as she saw the war godling holding what appeared to be, oh yes another bottle of scotch. As she strode in she avoided any eye contact with the soon to be drunk man "You know Ares drinking isn't going to solve all of your problem." she said.

Shaking her head she sat the large bundle of grain down on the dinning room table and moved to the kitchen. Ordinarily the last person she'd be doing a favor was Ares but today she felt like being nice, she could only imagine what he did to be ordered sex slave of Hermes. Reaching into the cabinet she puled out another full bottle of scotch, I mean was Hermes still a virgin? Demeter was pretty sure she was. Sighing the harvest goddess walked back out into the dinning room and handed Ares the bottle. "Well I guess you've earned it tiger." She noted smugly ruffling his hair with a smile.

Chuckling Zeus walked back to the main palace of Mount Olympus towards his study. Neglecting his godly duties had become some what of a habit for him, usually he'd get one of the lesser gods to do his dirty work but since they seemed to have disappeared for the day, surely he could handle the task himself so problem...right?
